Returns Policy
We hope you love everything you buy from Seasons Boutique, however, we realise that occasionally you may wish to return something.
Purchases Made In Store
Full-price goods may be returned within 14 days for a refund or exchange. Once the 14-day period has passed, items cannot be returned. Please ensure you retain your proof of purchase as we are unable to process any refunds without your Seasons Boutique receipt. Kindly note, that sale goods purchased in-store are non-returnable.
Purchases Made Online
Your Right to Cancel: Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days from the day you receive your goods. This period allows you to inspect the goods as you would in a store.
You must inform us of your decision to cancel the order within this periodand you must return the items back to us within 14 days of the cancellation. We regret that items received after this time will be refused and sent back to you.
How to Return an Item: Package the item(s) being returned securely and include a Returns Form.You can bring an item in person to our boutique at Seasons Boutique, 36 Cheap Street, Sherborne DT9 3PX during our normal opening hours. Alternatively, if you prefer to use a postal or courier service, we recommend using a tracked and insured service, retaining all receipts. Seasons Boutique Ltd will not accept liabilityfor returns that do not reach us, for whatever reason.
Cost of Returns: Customers are responsible for the cost of returning items unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
Refunds: We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method.We aim to process all returns and refunds within 48 hours of receipt.Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process the refundto your account.
Exchanges: The fastest way to get a replacement item is to make a new, separate purchase. Otherwise, if you wish to exchange a product for a different size, a different colour or a different product, we endeavour to provide a quick turnaround with replacement items normally being sent out within one or two working days of receiving your returned goods.
In all Instances: Our returns policy applies to all items except gift vouchers, hats, underwear, hosiery, earrings, hair accessories, skincare, fragrance (including home fragrance), edible items, special orders and garments which have been altered. These items are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged. This does not affect your statutory rights.
In order to return a garment: It must be in perfect and resalable condition; unworn and unwashed. All original labels must be intact by their original means. Do not remove any labels until you are confident you are keeping the garment. Garments which have marks from make-up or deodorant, as well as items with any odours, will not be accepted. Footwear which has marks, inside or outside, or is missing the original box, will not be accepted.
Promotional Gifts & Savings: If you benefited from a promotion that included free items (for example, "buy X and receive Y at no cost"), you are required to return the free item. The cost of the free item will be deducted from your refund if it is not returned. If you utilised a link discount, like "buy 2, get the second at half price," you will be eligible for a pro rata refund for the item you return.
